This 8,600 sf finish-out of the entire first floor of The Ten Coburg Class A medical office building incorporates many of the design elements of the building's grand entrance atrium cast in a warmer theme of materials and forms to reflect the Owners' own philosophy of care and service. The five physicians and two nurse practioners of this OB/GYN clinic are supported by a wide array of functional and inviting spaces that flow smoothly and reflect a carefully refined understanding and expression of their established patterns of healthcare delivery.
