Project included development of a 17,030 sf, 1-story primary care satellite building on a 60,200 sf site with related site development.

Oregon Medical Group wanted to expand their service area in the Barger area, in West Eugene. TBG was commissioned to design a new primary care satellite housing family practice physicians, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, physical therapy and lab/X-ray services for the rapidly growing area.
