We regularly participate with developers seeking to envision conceptual approaches to potential projects, and assist in the study of unit types and styles for pro forma purposes.
The mixed-use Condo/Retail project at Bridgeport Landing in Florence, Oregon creatively utilized the maximum potential of this unique riverfront site, and provided direct river views for all 12 up scale units by creatively stepping the building façade back. Embedded secure parking and a 5,000 sf retail promenade connected the complex to the boardwalk and boat docks.
The Terraces at the Pavilion condominiums in Eugene, Oregon created an urban density of 25 units per acre comfortably tucked between an established neighborhood of homes and apartments with walking and transit access to the bustling Oakway Center District and a companion retail complex. Private garages for every unit and multiuse pedestrian plazas provide a compact, yet enjoyable sense of community.
Planning for projects such as The RiverBend Apartments, Glenwood's Riverfront Redevelopment, Eugene's Olive Street Housing and The Inn at the Market at Fifth Street continues to enrich TBG's growing success in the diverse mixed-use/housing marketplace.
