TBG is proud to have contributed some of the area's most well-loved and innovative
retail architecture. From limited storefront and signage redesign to the
resurrection of an outdated local mall into one of the region's favorite
lifestyle retail centers, TBG understands retail design and development.
Oakway Center's "Heritage Courtyard" was a 4-year long, 5-phase project
integrating 55,000 sf of Class A retail and office space with an 18,000
sf courtyard. Second floor balconies and ceremonial stairs give dramatic
views of the courtyard and its mature stand of oak trees and pedestrian
amenities. TBG has been a big part of the overall Oakway Center's revitalizing effort, which includes a redevelopment of the mall's southwestern corner, where Eugene's Nike Store is currently located.
The Fifth Street Public Market, a prominent presence in Eugene for decades, has undergone a major transformation in celebration of its 30th birthday. TBG's redesign of Fifth Street Public Market strives to create a successful environment for its retailers and sustains the Market's mission of promoting locally and Oregon-owned and operated businesses.
TBG has worked on two Market of Choice's stores; the new store at 29th and Willamette's Woodfield Station and the newly remodelled store on Willakenzie road.
Clients include local retailers looking for unique design solutions matched
to the character of their specialized niche and national chains with their
challenge of adapting established branding elements to the specific conditions
of each site. In all retail projects TBG's ambition remains the same: To
bring our client's vision to life while staying within the bounds of schedule
and budget, and providing patrons with a delightful shopping experience.
